FastTrack Migration Benefit – How to get help.

Introduction

This guide is intended to walk you through the setup and configuration of the Migration Hub Portal and access the Learning Center. After completing these steps, you will be ready start a migration using Migration Hub

Submit a Request for Assistance (RFA)

There are several levels of support with FastTrack M365. Should you use the FastTrack Migration Benefit, you can request your level of support by using this Decision Tree.

In this task, we will walk through the process of creating a RFA (Request for Assistance) through the Microsoft 365 Admin Center (MAC).
