FastTrack Migration Benefit – How to get help.
Introduction
This guide is intended to walk you through the setup and configuration of the
Migration Hub Portal and access the Learning Center. After completing
these steps, you will be ready start a migration using Migration Hub
Click Continue.
Accessing FastTrack Portal & Learning center (LC)
In this task, we will walk through accessing the Learning Center.
Click
in the address bar and
type, https://fasttrack.microsoft.com/
,
then hit Enter .
Sign in with your credentials:
Click in
the Email field and
type admin@contoso.com
,
then
hit Enter or
click Next .
Type password
as password , then
hit Enter or
click Sign in .
In
the FastTrack Main Page , on the
top ribbon,
click Migrate and access Migration
Hub Portal.
In the
Migration Hub, in the Learning Center section, click on
Go to the learning center.
You can
select any of the migration types to learn more about
FastTrack process **. For this interactive guide, click
on
Get Started for the Gmail
tile.
You can see Overview from Table of

Team, etc.)

Accessing FastTrack Portal & Raise case with Migration Support team via
Live Chat
In this task, we will walk through raising a ticket with Migration Support
Team.
On the
top ribbon, click Migrate .
Select
from bottom right of the screen, the widget:
Live
Chat (we’re online) .
Click on
the checkbox to acknowledge that you
agree to the Support Service Terms.
Click
Submit . Next, a Virtual Assistant will
initiate the discussion. Please wait for the Virtual
Assistant to respond back.
Click on
the right-arrow button (>) in the chat
box and scroll right to view the
virtual assistant's options. Continue to scroll till you
see Planning to use FastTrack option,
then click on it.
Click on
the right-arrow button (>) and keep
scrolling right till you come across FastTrack
Portal Issue option, then click on it.
Click
No .
Click
on Submit .
At this
point, the virtual assistant will transfer your chat to
a human agent who will help the customer resolve the
portal issue. Click anywhere on the screen to
continue.
Click
on the – icon to minimize the
chat.
Accessing FastTrack Portal & Raise case via Support Page
In this task, we will walk through raising a ticket with Migration Support
Team.
On the
top ribbon, click Help and access
FastTrack Portal Help page.
Under the Articles tab:
Click in the search box to
type.
Type FastTrack
to search for an article,
then hit Enter .
Select FastTrack Portal
Login Issues from
the search results.
Read the article with guidance on
how to resolve your login
issue. Click on the scroll bar to scroll
down .
Click on the scroll
bar again to scroll
down .
Click on Back to
top on the bottom left of the
page.
Click on Clear
search .
Under the Frequently Asked Questions tab:
Click on Frequently Asked
Questions
tab.
Click on the scroll bar to
scroll down till the end of the
page.
In case the Articles and FAQ
questions did not fix customer
issue, then raise a ticket with Migration
Support Team.
Click on Get FastTrack support
under the Need more help?
section at the bottom of the page.
On the Submit ticket page:
Type FastTrack
Access
in the
Subject field and hit
Enter .
From the dropdown list from
Select a topic,
select General
Question.
In the Tell us how we can
help you field,
type I have trouble accessing Migration
Hub
Portal.
and hit Enter .
Click on the scroll bar to
scroll down .
Click
Submit.
Under the Ticket history tab:
In order to check tickets raised
in the past, click on the
Ticket History tab.
Select the ticket number
MST-18068-W3N3G .
Check the status of the ticket.
Then click + Add
comment to add an additional
comment.
In the add
comment field, type
The
problem wasn’t
resolved.
and hit
Enter .
Click
Submit .
You should now see the ticket updated with your last
comment.
